2 Click on the “Registration” block on the main page of the application or open the “Registration” tab in the “More” section

3 Take a photo of the front side of your passport

4 Take a photo of the back of your passport

5 Check the data is correct

6 Take a photo of faces (selfies) with your passport

7 Read the subscription agreement

8 Come up with a code word and sign it

Why do I need to register?

According to the Rules for the provision of mobile radiotelephone communication services, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on September 25, 2023 and which came into force on March 26, 2024, registering a number when purchasing a SIM card is a mandatory procedure for subscribers of all mobile operators.

In particular, this is necessary to ensure the security of your data associated with the number. You will also have the opportunity to fully manage your number and be able to easily restore it if you lose your SIM card.

How can I register?

You can independently register a number in the “My Beeline KG” mobile application in the “Registration” section. The application is available for free download on Google Play and App Store. You can also go to any nearest sales and service office, taking your identification document with you. Our staff will help you register your number.

What happens if I don't register?

According to the new rules approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, when purchasing a new SIM card from any cellular operator in Kyrgyzstan, you will not be able to use communication services until you register your number. When the SIM card is activated, only a limited set of services necessary for registering a number will be available. If the subscriber does not register the number, does not fulfill the conditions for successful registration and/or does not activate the Beeline SIM card within 30 days from the date of purchase, the Operator has the right to charge the subscriber 50 soms for one SIM card, which will be debited from the number’s balance.
