There is no Internet connection Dom.ru, what should I do?

What should I do if I forgot my Wi-Fi password?

If the issue persists:

There are several ways to find out the password:

1. The password is indicated on the sticker of the Wi-Fi router itself

If you turn the router over, there will be a sticker on the case itself. The password will be listed on the sticker in the WPS PIN, PIN Code, or Wi-Fi Password field.

Important: this method of determination is suitable provided that the password has not been changed. That is, if after installation the master set a password from the router and you or the master did not change it, then the password must match.

2. View the password in the router settings.

    Unfortunately, the only option for internet connection in our area is "Domru" (and even then... it was a different provider before, the company closed down, and everyone was automatically switched to Domru). It's the most expensive internet service in town, often with slow speeds, prices increase without notification, they add paid services without permission, there's no technical support in the app, and you can only change your plan by calling the hotline (where half of the operators are incompetent!!). Wherever possible, we of course try to switch to other providers.

    I changed my plan from 300 to 600 due to a promotion. I couldn't switch it back to 300 on my own because the interface wouldn't allow it. I had to contact the operator for assistance.

    During payment, you cannot fill in the email field as a notification method. Right after entering any character, +79 is automatically inserted. Changing the number to another one does not allow deleting the current number. I had to select the entire field and cut it. But that's not all - when entering a phone number, +79 is automatically added which is good. However, if you continue typing, it becomes messy, not in the order as you enter it.

    The app and website don't accept the phone number. I had to find the paper contract with the number. After logging in - in the app/account the phone number is correct. The website keeps getting worse and worse. Only subscriptions are visible. It's getting harder to reach settings or check traffic statistics.

    Every time I try to use a paid service through the app, an error pops up, suggesting to try again later. I have to contact customer support and it turns out that the cost of the same service when reaching out to support is more expensive than in the app.

    Now, when I pay in advance for several months of my subscription, they want me to pay an extra 163-800 rubles on top of the subscription amount (sort of like a balance). But why do I, as a client, need this? It would be more beneficial to pay monthly after recalculating it. Why should I keep money frozen in my account if I'm paying with the subscription already? By the way, why isn't this point included in the service conditions? Please reconsider this fee before it's too late. It doesn't motivate me to buy the subscription.
