An officially issued fine must be settled within 70 days from the date of the ruling. Failure to pay on time may result in varying degrees of penalties being enforced against the violator.

FAQ

No violation photo

If the automatic recording camera does not record the fine, the fine photo will not be taken. For example, when the inspector issues the fine. The order number (UIN) of the camera fine usually starts with 188101.

If you entered the wrong state registration number or region for the vehicle, the violation photo will not be displayed. You can correct the data in your personal account on the website: delete the vehicle with the wrong state number and region and enter the correct one.

Not all departments that issue tickets automatically upload violation photos to the database. Some departments started doing this a while ago. In these cases, we will not be able to find a photo of the violation.

Number Marine Transportation System Correct, State Number - No

What happened. You may have entered the wrong state registration number, so it is not displayed correctly. All fines in the system are correct because we receive them by STS number. And the state registration number is required to get the violation photo.

What to do. To view the violation photos, correct the vehicle data in your personal account: Delete vehicles with the wrong state number and region and enter the correct one.

We look up fines based on the vehicle registration and driver's license number. If there is an error in either, it means that you are seeing someone else's fine, even if the state registration number of the vehicle is correct. Delete the incorrect data about the vehicle and driver in your personal account and re-enter it correctly.

Fine received for a sold car

What happened. If the new owner has not registered the vehicle with the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, the vehicle still belongs to you according to the database, so you will have to pay the fine.

What to do. Check the traffic police database to see if the car has been registered by the new owner. If 10 days have passed since the sale and the car is still registered in your name, you need to deregister it yourself. To do this, contact the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate and provide the vehicle sale confirmation document. The fine received can be appealed: to the State Traffic Safety Inspection if it is less than 10 days from the date of the decision, to the court if it is more.

Before going to the traffic police, we recommend that you contact the new owner of the car. Ask him to register the vehicle and pay the fine received.

The fine was paid but it is shown as unpaid

This can happen for two reasons:

The payment is still being processed by the State Traffic Safety Inspection and the Federal Ministry of Finance. If you paid the fine through our service, the fine repayment will take 2-3 business days. Paying the fine through other services may take a week.

You did not pay the fine in full. For example, the fine was overdue and they paid it at a discount.

What to do:

If you paid the fine through our service, write to the support service. We will respond within 30 minutes and solve the problem.

If you paid the fine through another service, write to the support of that service and ask them to solve it.
