1.How to update a mobile number in MoI UAE exactly? 

Updating phone numbers is done through the ICA. Once you fill in a form to change your registered mobile number, it is processed. The information will be updated on MoI UAE.

2.Can document attestation in Dubai be done through MoI? 

No, it can not. Only the Ministry of Foreign Affairs can do document attestation. 

3.Where is the MOFAattestation Dubai location exactly? 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation attestation is located in Oud Metha. More specifically, in the Business Atrium Building, office number 203, on the second floor.

4.Do MOI UAE visa inquiry services exist? 

Unfortunately, no, they do not. You can check your UAE visa status via The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP). Or via the General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs Dubai website.
