I- Login / Account Creation

I can't display my E.Leclerc card from the My E.Leclerc app when I checkout.

Your E.Leclerc card is available in your My E.Leclerc app. If you have a poor or no internet connection, you can still display your E.Leclerc card. To do this, press and hold the app icon for 3 seconds and select "My Card".

II- Receipts

Where are my receipts?

Your receipts are available in the My E.Leclerc app. To find them:

- Go to the "Account" tab accessible from the app's menu bar

- Click on "My receipts and invoices".

I want to enlarge my receipt?

Your receipts are available in the My E.Leclerc app. To enlarge it:

- Go to the "Account" tab accessible from the app's menu bar

- Click on "My receipts and invoices"

- Click on the blue icon (with white arrows pointing outwards) in the top right corner of the receipt.

How do I download my receipt as a PDF?

Your receipts are available in the My E.Leclerc app. To download them as a PDF, you must:

- Go to the "Account" tab accessible from the app's menu bar

- Click on "My receipts and invoices"

- Select the desired receipt to view it

- Click on "Share" then "Save to files" to download the receipt as a PDF.

- You can also email the receipt to yourself.

How do I generate an invoice?

Your receipts are available in the My E.Leclerc app. To generate an invoice, follow these steps:

- Go to the "Account" tab, accessible from the app's menu bar

- Click on "My receipts and invoices"

- Select the desired receipt to display it

- Click on "Generate an invoice".

Please note: it is not possible to generate an invoice for a Drive order.

I would like to view my receipts on my PC?

Currently, it is not possible to receive your receipts on a PC. They are available in your My E.Leclerc app, in the "Account" tab, then "My receipts and invoices". If you wish, you can also request a printout of your receipt at the checkout.

III- My benefits

How do I know if I have vouchers available on the My E.Leclerc app? To find out if you have vouchers available on the My E.Leclerc app, you need to:

- consult the "Benefits" service accessible from the app's menu bar.
