- My U Card: Carry your fully digital loyalty card wherever you go and present it at checkout to save money, even when you're offline.

- My Customer Space: Through your U Account that connects both the Magasins U and Courses U sites and apps, manage your personal information, communication preferences, online orders, in-store purchases, and access your digital receipts.

- Mon Magasin U and my U Service Station: Locate all nearby stores and service stations, their contact details, opening hours, and available services.

- Courses U: From your Mon Magasin U app, you can download the Courses U application.

What does the Single Customer Area consist of?

Your Courses U and Magasin U accounts are now one! From now on, log in with a single username on the websites www.magasins-u.com and www.coursesu.com and the mobile apps Mon Magasin U and Courses U.

From your unique Customer Area, simply and securely view and modify your personal information, or access your electronic receipts, your benefits and your € Carte U savings pot.

Thanks to your unique Customer Area, you can access offers, benefits and catalogs on www.magasins-u.com and do your shopping directly online on www.coursesu.com .

How do I consolidate my accounts?

If you already have an account : go to www.magasins-u.com or www.coursesu.com to log in to your existing account.

Once logged in, the account consolidation screen will appear. All you have to do is follow the steps by entering your account on the other site, if you have one.

If you encounter any problems, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations Department via this form .

I have two U Cards, associated with each of my accounts, can I still use both cards?

When consolidating your accounts, you will be asked to select the U Card you wish to associate with your new single U Account. You will be able to view the amount of your kitty and information relating to your U Card by logging into your Customer Area .

What happens to my other card?

Your other card will no longer be associated with your U Account . It remains active, the amount of your kitty is still available and you can access it whenever you want. You will receive a digital version of this card (in the form of a barcode) by email.

To have only one U Card , we invite you to go to the reception of your store to request to cancel this second card and transfer its balance to the card associated with your U Account.

What are the advantages of the U Card?

Your U Card is valid for all your purchases in store and online at www.coursesu.com .

Don't forget to present it at each checkout and to link it to your U Account to collect € U Card on a selection of everyday products, whether they are U products or major brands.
