If you are a customer over the age of 18 with a mobile phone or personal credit/debit/charge card in your name, you can sign up for membership through mobile phone verification or card verification.

How do I download the joint certificate (formerly official certificate) to the Monimo app?

The Monimo app has a joint certificate (formerly. To store public certificates, you need a PC with internet access. First, access the Monimo website (www.monimo.com) on your PC and select 'Copy Certificate' from the 'Joint Certificate Center'. Tap 'Import Certificate' in 'More → Settings → Joint Certificate' in the Monimo app, and then enter the 8-digit verification code displayed on the PC screen or scan the QR code to save the joint certificate in the Monimo app. You can check the saved certificate in 'More → Settings → Joint Certificates', and you can delete and change the password.

How do I renew my joint certificate?

You can renew it on the website of the financial company that issued the joint certificate on the 'Certification Center → Certificate Renewal'. The specific method varies depending on the financial company, so please refer to the website of each financial company. In addition, if you want to continue using the renewed joint certificate in Monimo, you need to re-register the joint certificate in 'More → Settings → Joint Certificate'.

Does Monimo have a Samsung Card app card payment function?

No. Monimo does not provide Samsung Card app card payment function. On the connected screen of Monimo's 'My → Card', you may see some services that include the app card payment function, but you cannot make payments. To pay with an app card, please download the Samsung Card app and use it. However, it is possible to register and pay for Mony Money through the Samsung Card app linkage.

Is there a smartphone that can install and use the Monimo app?

Monimo app can only be used if your smartphone's OS is at least a certain version.
