I am a myCicero user: how do I access MooneyGo?

The myCicero app will be updated in the MooneyGo app. You will be able to access MooneyGo with the same credentials you used for myCicero. Your tickets and credit will be transferred to MooneyGo.

Is the MooneyGo app free?

Yes, download and create a MooneyGo account for free: once the account is activated, you can associate one or more payment methods with your MooneyGo profile and you will only pay for the services you use.

What payment methods are enabled on MooneyGo?

You can associate different payment methods with your MooneyGo account, which you can use to pay for the numerous mobility services that the free app offers.

- Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit and debit card

- Mooney prepaid card

- Satispay

- Postepay

- Apple Pay or Google Pay

- PayPal (only for in-app credit top-ups of €50 or more).

If you do not want to keep a payment method always associated with your MooneyGo profile, you can choose to top up the MooneyGo App wallet with the payment method you prefer. This way, you will pay for mobility services by deducting the credit from the wallet.
