FAQs:

Is Moshi made for a specific age?

Although Moshi is specifically designed for kids, any age group can enjoy it, whether they’re babies, toddlers, infants, children, teenagers, or even adults!

Why are there no videos or animation?

It is generally recommended not to use mobile devices with screens before sleeping. Using Moshi’s audio-only content allows children to drift off to sleep without watching the screen You can even switch off the device and put it out of the way, and Moshi will still be able to play.

Why can’t I read the stories to my child?

The stories and meditations in the app have been written and designed to be read in a very specific way. This includes calming narration, sleepy audio effects, and soothing background music/sounds that relax kids into a wonderfully restful state.

How often is the content updated?

On a weekly basis, we publish at least one piece of content, such as an audio track or an activity. We recommend signing up for push notifications or email notifications so that you are notified when new content is published.

Subscriptions:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication. If you’ve previously had a free trial, payment will be taken immediately. To manage your subscription & auto-renew settings, go to your Account Settings after purchase. Cancel anytime in settings at least one day before the end of the subscription period for cancellation to take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Deleting the app won't cancel your subscription.
