    Most of the time, it's smooth sailing. However, when issues arise 2 out of 10 times, it's impossible to get any help. They are unresponsive by phone or WhatsApp and their app's query system is useless. It's all just a mess. And don't even get me started on their annoying "on hold" music. It's just terrible.

    My account got hacked and someone used it to buy lots of food and groceries in a different city without me knowing. Even though I contacted them about it, they didn't really help and kept giving excuses. They said it's not their fault and told me to report fraud. Their server is so unsecure and their service is the worst I've ever experienced. No one takes responsibility for what happened.

    The service is awesome - they help out quickly if there's a problem. The drivers are pleasant and will respect your safety requests like keeping their distance or not making noise. However, some restaurants may not match up to what they show on their menus. Overall, it's a great and convenient app.

    You should improve your app. My order was picked up 30 minutes ago and it should be here by now, but your app shows that the delivery person hasn't left yet. This has happened before and it's frustrating for customers. Now I can see that he is nearby, so he must have gotten signal. We usually have good signal in this area when using GPS. Hope this feedback is useful.

    The app isn't working right. I had to enter my information again and now my card isn't being accepted. It's supposed to be the easiest app to use, better than Uber Eats and Spur. I'm really let down by this.

    The app is awesome! It's cool to see a local app giving tough competition to big international ones like Uber Eats. One thing they could work on is the tipping feature. Right now, you can only tip before your food arrives. It would be better if you could adjust the tip after based on the delivery experience. I had a good experience even when a restaurant forgot part of my order. They sent a replacement pretty quickly 👌
