After completing the brief Online Doctor Visit to request a Musely treatment(s), one of our Board-Certified Dermatologists will review your medical history & photos within 24 hours to determine the customized formula for you. Once your request has been reviewed, you will be sent an email notification.

If approved*, your Musely FaceRx treatment will include:

- A prescription for the selected Musely treatment, valid for one year

- A 60-Day Consultation Period with your prescribing dermatologist

- Complimentary 5-Day Consultation Pass to use beyond your 60-Day Consultation Period

- Ability to extend the Consultation Period for 60 more days for only $10, as needed

We’re excited that you’re ready to start using your Musely treatment! For treatment instructions, please review the message your dermatologist sent along with your treatment plan. You can find your doctor’s messages and reply with any questions from the Message Center in your account!
