My A1 is designed to make it easy for users to access information regarding the network, its services, and its costs. It allows users to check their account balances, to view the current traffic ratio, and to check the history of orders in the virtual store. Users can also top up their balances, and connect and disconnect their accounts.

The My A1 app is free and available for Android* (version 5.1 or higher) and iOS users (version 13.0 or higher). It can be accessed through the mobile network or Wi-Fi on smartphones or tablets by A1 Bulgaria postpaid, prepaid, or business customers. Users can easily log in via auto-recognition of their mobile number or with their My A1 registration details.

To access all features and services, users are required to register an owner profile. Alternatively, limited rights can be given to manage services as a user. By installing or updating the My A1 app, users agree to the General Terms and Conditions.
