My Airtel - Manage Airtel account

Oh, that's a bummer! So, you were liking the app before and didn't have any issues using it. But now, since the last update, you're having trouble seeing your data balance after getting the monthly bundle. It seems to only display the daily or hourly data balance instead. Because of this hiccup, you gave it a two-star rating.

So, I got the verification code sent to my phone, but since my SIM card is in a different phone, the app doesn't have a place for me to manually enter it. The app insists that the SIM card needs to be in the Android phone for it to detect the code automatically. It's frustrating because other network apps don't have this requirement.

It looks like you need to have the Airtel SIM in your phone in order to start and use the app. Do you think this is too limiting? It would be great if there was an option to manually input the OTP when the Airtel SIM is not in the phone, instead of only having the automatic verification option.

That's awesome that you're still keeping that 5-star rating! But man, it's driving me crazy trying to get data for my ODU. I've got airtime on my line, but every time I try to get the data, they ask for an OTP. The thing is, I never receive that OTP no matter how many times I try. It's so frustrating. And don't even get me started on Flutterware. Oh, and I noticed that the customer care email starts with a capital "M" like "Myairtel." Do you think it should actually be in lowercase?

I've noticed that the app has improved a lot recently. The user interface is much better now, and using the app is more enjoyable overall. It seems like they keep making it even better, which is great! 😆 I'll have to wait until I find something to complain about. Right now, I think the integration with other networks and banks looks good, and the user interface is really smooth. However, on June 17th, I started getting transaction notifications for purchases I made days ago. Why the delay? Is there a glitch causing this issue? It would be great if someone could look into this, please.

Hey, I totally agree that the app is awesome and does everything it promises, which is fantastic. However, developers, don't you think it's a bit old-fashioned to restrict access to the app only when you have an internet connection? I mean, seriously, if you want to purchase data through the app, you first need to have data to log in – it's like a catch-22 situation. "Come on!" I love your 2GB offer, but I can't even buy it without already having data. Come on, developers, it's time to step up your game and stay ahead of the competition!
