My Bath & Body Works - Shop deals & scents

There's a problem with the store location feature. It keeps assigning random stores as "my store" and I can't change it. Even when I try, it just spins and nothing happens. I had to lower my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars because the issue still persists. Customer service said the only solution was to uninstall and reinstall the app, which does work but doesn't really solve the problem.

That app sounds pretty neat, but it's a bit frustrating because it doesn't load smoothly. It often gets stuck on a white screen when loading, making me have to constantly close and reopen it. It would be great if they could improve its loading speed. Surprisingly, logging in through the mobile browser is quicker than using the app.

It's weird that you have to create an account to use the app. It might deter people from shopping. I already have an account, but there seems to be no option to sign in. This issue never happened before. I wonder if the redesign missed adding the sign-in feature.

This app is just awful. It takes forever to load, just a blank screen. And when you try to filter your search, it refreshes, so you have to scroll and select every time. So frustrating to use. It never saves your work either, so annoying! If you leave the cart and come back later, you have to start all over with the filters.

I have been waiting such a long time for Bath & Body Works to introduce a rewards program, especially for people like me who absolutely love their products! It's so convenient that everything is now in one app. I added all my items to the cart, found my code in the wallet section, applied it during checkout, and it was done! It only took about 5 minutes to order body wash and body butter for my husband. I really adore this app!

The setting for where I am is always wrong. It shows stores in a different state. When I type in my zip code, it keeps spinning and doesn't find my location. Since day one, I haven't been able to order from my local store using the app.

Payments are a problem, very slow. When using the BBW app, it freezes and you can't open another app. You have to close it and start over. It's really hard to change stores, takes many tries to make it work. Opening the app at a BBW store is a nightmare, it takes forever and the cashiers struggle to scan bar codes. The app needs major updates.
