    CenturyLink is really disappointing. I closed my account more than a month ago but they keep trying to charge me. Every time I call, they say it's fixed but I still get alerts and emails from them. I paid everything when I closed the account. Try to find another company for internet service if you can. The speed was not good even with their router.

    A while back, I noticed that my bill hadn't shown up, despite checking more than once every week. Given that I had set up automatic payments, I figured everything would run smoothly. However, when our internet started acting up, I decided to investigate further. Turns out, the auto payment didn't go through as expected, which means we're in for a late payment this time. What's frustrating is that this isn't the first instance - previously, I missed a number in the payment process, yet I never received any notification about it not going through. It's frustrating that the auto payment feature isn't working as it should be.

    This company seems helpful in customer service, but I've encountered many issues, especially with their billing department. It's frustrating as they take a long time to find my account. The automated phone system drives me crazy. They've misplaced my information multiple times, so they were unaware of my account. It caught up eventually, and now I owe $267 because they didn't send a bill or call me like I had to do to discover the balance.

    My Wi-Fi isn't great, even with faster internet. It keeps going in and out when I'm watching stuff on my chromecast. It's a pain when I try to talk to someone over the phone or chat online – it gets disconnected like every two hours. Even Comcast isn't any good. I'm just waiting for Google Fiber to come to my area.

    The "My CenturyLink" App is pretty simple and not really all that great, if you ask me. The chatting part isn't good - there are a lot of disconnections and all that. The biggest downside of this App is how the customer service people tell you to go ahead and use it for everything with CenturyLink. But here's the thing – when I try using the App for fixing stuff or whatever, it makes you open Chrome and then you have to sign in again and repeat all the steps you just did on the App. It's frustrating, just like dealing with CenturyLink itself!

    The app used to be great for making payments, but the last two times it didn't work. I had to use their website instead. It's just as simple to pay there. I let them know about the payment problem with the app. I hope they can fix it soon. In general, the app is user-friendly.

    The app is good. I've had no issues with it. However, centurylink is not good. I used to like them, but moving service or installing it fully is a nightmare. They told me my service would be transferred on the 24th of March, then the 25th, then the 28th, all through the app, which got canceled every time. Now, they say it won't happen until the 1st, and I'm not new.

    This bill payment app is one of the simple ones to use. I want to update my rating. Recently, I've been facing issues with using my biometrics as it shows a message saying there are temporary technical problems and asks me to try again in a few minutes. This has been happening every time I try to use it. Even after calling in and receiving an apology, the issue remains unresolved. I am not pleased because whenever I sign in with my password, the payment information is missing, and I have to enter it all over again each time.
