How do I reset my password for the My H-E-B app?

To reset your password from the My H‐E‐B app:

   STEP1  Open the My H‐E‐B app and tap "Log in".

   STEP2  Tap "Forgot your password?"

   STEP3  Enter your email address, then select "Submit".

   STEP4  You will receive an email with a verification code. (If you don't see this email, check your spam or junk mail folders.) This code is not your new password. It is used to verify your identity.

   STEP5  Go back to the screen on the app asking for your verification code and enter the verification code from your email.

   STEP6  Once you’ve entered the code, you’ll see an option to create a new password. If you've forgotten your password, you'll want to create a new one at this point. You can select “skip setting a password” and be logged in right away.

Why can’t I find this product on the My H‑E‑B app when I know it's in the store?

The My H‑E‑B app allows you to search specific stores for products available both in‑store and online for curbside or delivery orders. If you aren’t able to find a product in the My H‑E‑B app, we may not have added the product to our online catalog yet.

Why can’t I scan this product?

If a product will not generate a scan, there may be a problem with the barcode, your device, or the lighting, or we not have put the item in our online catalog yet. Products made fresh each day (Meat Market, Bakery, Deli, Fruits and Vegetables, and Seafood) may not generate a scan.

Why did I get a “Product Not Found” error when I scanned this product?

If you see this error, it may be because the product is not available in your selected store, the product barcode is incompatible, the product is not yet in our online catalog, or the product was not purchased at H‑E‑B. Products made fresh each day (Meat Market, Bakery, Deli, Fruits and Vegetables, and Seafood) may display this error more often.

    I loved using the old app. It was so helpful for shopping because I could easily make a list and find where the products were in the store. But now, the new app is not useful at all for people who shop by themselves. I don't like that they rearranged everything in the store on Evans Rd. HEB really needs to stop changing things all the time. Oh well, I guess I'll go back to writing a list on paper and searching for things in the store.

    I don't like that you can't give feedback on a curbside order easily. It shouldn't only be for saying something is missing or damaged. Sometimes you want to give a shoutout to the person who shopped for you or delivered your order. And the coupon search feature isn't very thorough; it takes a few tries to find what you're looking for. The store is good, but the app could use some improvements.

    This app is really awesome. You can easily find what you need and use it to order groceries for pickup or delivery whenever you're in a rush or just want a more relaxing weekend. The coupons are great too, helping you save money on items you need. It's simple to make payments and you can add more items to your order before it's ready.

    When you add items to your shopping cart, the prices can sometimes go up. For example, a watermelon went from $8.80 to $9.83. Most of the products they offer are not shown, which means you end up buying only the most expensive items. I checked the brown sugar selection in the store and found many options, but in the app, there was only one expensive brand available. It's hard to find things because even familiar items are not listed. Searching for something you've bought before may not show any results.
