    Imagine this - you try to register your product in an app, but if your client's number is linked to the wrong mobile number, you're stuck. You can't even reach out to support until you've added the product first. And guess what? You can't even change your mobile number for your account without adding the product. It's like being in a never-ending loop with no way out. Frustrating, right?

    Oh man, this app is so frustrating. Every time you want to add money to your account, you have to type in all your information again. It's like, what's the point of even having an app if it can't remember your phone number or NIF? And seriously, why can't it just use the data already associated with your phone number to make recharging super easy, like one tap and you're done? All that work to set up an account and remember another password, and all you get is to check your balance. It's just so annoying.

    This app is mainly for Portuguese speakers. It would be great if it were also in English. I will give it a try in 5 years when I have learned Portuguese well. Feeling sad about it.

    It looks like a trick. After you install, it tells you to "please wait" for 5 minutes. It's best to uninstall and use the web version instead. Also, if it asks you to delete data right after installing from the PlayStore, it shows they don't know what they're doing. I'm sorry!

Constant errors, extreme lack of information and transparency, terrible design, the list goes on. For goodness' sake, try to provide your customers with a decent resource, considering that we are paying for it.
