    I've been using qlink for about 4 years without any problems. I haven't interacted with customer service, but I use my own Samsung phone with the sim card they provided. It's nice to have a good phone with free service, though I'm still waiting for the free tablet. Once the pandemic benefits end, we'll go back to regular calls and texts without unlimited data. Make sure to read the details on the free tablet sign up page.

    Downloaded the app, saw a "try again" button right away without doing anything. Clicked it, got a "login failed try again" message. Total fail. Maybe developers fixing it or just launched. It has issues, will try another day. Thanks!

    The app and the data service are both messed up. All I see are error messages. I've tried everything: downloaded, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app. Even though it offers unlimited data, the download speed is painfully slow. It took me 13 minutes to reinstall the app with only 60-some megabytes of data. The problem isn't about the amount of data used since it's supposedly unlimited, but rather the slow delivery speed. I've reported this issue to the FCC. 🚫

    This app and service is terrible. Sometimes I can make a call or send a text, but most of the time it doesn't work. I've never been able to use any data either. I waited on hold with customer service for over an hour multiple times and even asked for a call back, but I never received one. I understand that you're trying to help people, but it's not working well. Please fix the issues and continue to try. One night, I had to walk home because I couldn't call a taxi and many stores wouldn't help me.

    I can't log in this app, it always says my email and password don't match. I even tried changing the password, but still no luck. Customer support didn't respond to my query. Apart from needing an update on voicemail, the service is fine. But overall, this app is rubbish.

    It's ridiculous to say it's just a "log in bug fix." After the recent update, I can't log in to my account on any device and it's not recognized. At least I still have the service. The free cell phone service is appreciated, but the phone is really bad. It keeps crashing when I'm online every few minutes, doesn't hang up calls, and drops them. People can't reach me as calls don't go through. I was thinking of getting another phone to use with the service, but it seems risky.

    Avoid installing spyware that repeatedly disconnects your WiFi. Uninstalling it stops the disconnections. Despite the company denying WiFi control, my tests indicate otherwise. This app lacks password protection, allowing access to call history and payment initiation using only a phone number. The web login provides similar unauthorized access. Immediate action is necessary to rectify this issue.
