    With the recent update, they introduced a new login screen picture to make it quicker and easier to sign in. However, after the update, I couldn't log in on my laptop or phone. I spent an hour on the phone with a pleasant person and tried reinstalling the app, sending numerous texts, retyping passwords, and waiting an hour before retrying as instructed, but it still didn't work. The next day, after many resets, I managed to fix the app myself. Now everything is back to normal, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it stays that way.

    The rating has been lowered further as the current app fails to show the amount needed for plan renewal. It seems deceptive, lacking customer care and more focused on getting you to spend more money. Initially, the app wouldn't let me log in, without informing me to update it. Eventually, I uninstalled and updated the app, but it was too late; it happened on the day my plan was supposed to renew. Feeling quite disappointed.

    For two and a half years, everything was running smoothly with my app. I never had any issues until recently. Now, the biggest challenge is when I try to add more money for extra data. The app already has my credit card information saved, but when I attempt to add funds or purchase a daily addon, the page where I can select the amount (like $10 or $20) closes abruptly without giving me enough time to make a selection. It's been happening for the past two months now. This situation has left me disappointed since I am forced to go to a local store to buy a top-up voucher and manually recharge. It's quite frustrating!

    I can't login to pay my bill on the app, so I have been using bank transfers which make the payment delayed. The app is asking to update but it's taking too long. It's a waste of time. My data gets used up within 2 days, and the "slower unlimited data" after that is as slow as dial-up! That really speaks volumes. I want to return to using Skinny.

    The app doesn't work well, breaks often, the credit display doesn't update when you refresh. Consequently, I've mistakenly reloaded several times over several months thinking my payment didn't process. They won't refund me this money. Support just suggests reinstalling the app which is frustrating because I shouldn't have to. When my credit runs out, I'll definitely switch to a different provider.

    The app is not giving all the important details and options that prepaid users require. It doesn't show when your credit will expire, leaving you unaware of when to top up before losing current credit. Additionally, there are no alerts for expiring credits despite having notifications for other things. Moreover, it doesn't offer the option to auto-renew with the minimum amount to prevent losing credit.

    I put the app on my phone, and it started up fine. It's working well, and I'm really happy about it. Thanks to Vodafone for their excellent customer service over the past few years.
