The interface is so bad, I can't even log in. It keeps saying something went wrong and to try again later.

Everything is a mess! The spin wheel keeps showing errors and the invite to win feature doesn't work either. Djezzy app is so much more reliable and superior.

Oh no, the app is totally not working! I can't even sign up or log in, every time I try it just says there's a problem and to try again. I really hope they fix this soon!

Their app has a major issue – the payment page doesn't work. When I contacted customer service, they immediately blamed my bank even though I hadn't even entered my card details because the page wouldn't load. Their old app, my Ooredoo Algérie, was basic, clear, and most importantly, functional.

The gift spin is really frustrating. I keep trying but sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. And when my data runs out, it's even worse because then I don't get anything at all.
