    That sounds incredibly frustrating! Opening the app only to see that reboot message is annoying. It feels like it should automatically update from the app store without any hassle. Waiting for it to load your account information must be painful, especially when it just spins and doesn’t do anything. You finally get in after a few tries, but then it fails again. Resorting to using the website on your computer instead really takes away from the convenience of having an app. Just imagine how nice it would be if everything worked smoothly every time!

    Shaw has really outdone itself this time! The app is incredibly slow. The chat feature? It takes over five minutes just to load, and then it still won’t show any active conversations. When I check my account info, all I see is a blank white page. The main page hangs on “still loading” for more than ten minutes. Honestly, just skip the app altogether. Use the website instead. If you need help, calling Shaw is an option, but get ready to wait anywhere from 45 to 180 minutes. They've clearly lost interest in fixing things, but even with the wait, it's still better than dealing with the app.

    I would give this app negative five stars if I could. It’s terrible, and the support is worse. It feels completely useless. I’m relieved to be done with Shaw. All I want is to find someone who can clarify my final bill. The app shows a credit of $53, but the invoice says I owe $175. It's frustrating.

    Shaw pushes the app for managing service and channel changes, but it's mostly just talk. No option to see individual channel prices or add and remove channels directly. You end up waiting for an agent who might be polite or actually helpful. Switching from one agent to another is the worst, with more waiting involved. I spent 45 minutes on the call! Slightly better than waiting on the phone, but still so frustrating. Now, I have to call back tomorrow anyway. The app and website are incredibly unfriendly! 😠 😖😤

    The app is really impressive. You can check your bill, adjust Shaw Go WiFi devices, and access everything you need right there. The only problem I have is with the login process. When I sign in, it asks if I want to stay signed in and gives me options for fingerprint access or entering my password. I choose fingerprint access, and it works initially. But then, when I go back for the third time, I find myself signing in again and reselecting my preference. This cycle happens every time.

    This app struggles to load on my Galaxy S20. I expected better from a phone sold to me with 5G capability. The network coverage feels unreliable, especially outside of major cities. When it comes to international roaming, things get even worse. Activation seems confusing, and those text messages about roaming keep coming through, adding to the frustration.
