    Unable to use app for a week, message 'oops, something went wrong'. Can't check account for bill due date, data usage, or points. Worked fine with post credit account, now after buying new phone, not working! Negative stars.

    This app is really bad, considering Telstra is a big communications provider. I tried using it twice today. The first assistant was no help at all. The second person was helpful, but the app cut us off and went back to the first assistant. I still don't have a solution to my problem!
