    In December 2019, I couldn't open the app as it needed an update. When I tried to update it, the process wouldn't start. That's when I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Fast forward to July 2020, after a possible app update, the information I saw was for another number, not mine! I uninstalled and reinstalled it again, but still faced the same issue. This app is totally useless since I can't see the remaining MB and call time. Please don't suggest calling 13830 unless there's a toll-free number available.

    The app has a lot of bugs. It's impossible to log in after updating your password. It's strange that you can log in on a browser with the same details but not on the app for both Windows and Android. Don't question my intelligence by suggesting I might be making mistakes while typing or forgetting saved login data.

    It's frustrating when the app won't load and keeps crashing. Even after two months, it's still not fixed and crashes on start up. It's really annoying. The customer service is no help at all. I've uninstalled and installed it again, updated to the latest Android version, but it still crashes. I send error feedback, but it continues to crash.

    The "Shake it" feature never works; it always says "the service has an issue." The "combo deals" are terrible, I always end up wasting money instead of saving. Overall, the app is a headache.

    I like this! I can check my bill and see how much data, SMS, and minutes of talk time I have all in one place. I can even play some games to win prizes! It could be improved, but it's good enough for now.

    So, when you top up, it might not show your new balance right away. It would be nice if you could access the app using your mobile network without needing to have a balance, so you can top up even when you're out of wifi range.

    This app is the worst! Vodafone keeps taking 2 euros when I run out of data without telling me first. Isn't that cheating? Registering on the app was a nightmare, and one day I couldn't log in to pay my bill. Trying to call them was even worse, their phone service is terrible.

    They billed me for unlimited data twice but didn't give me the bundle. The app got worse after the update - it doesn't even show the right info now. The bundle details always say "unavailable, try again."
