My Vodafone Magyarország - Hungarian telecom services

The new app is even worse than the old one, which is really impressive in a bad way. Previously, I used to receive instant notifications when paying my bills, but now I first get an error message and then a notification about 5 minutes later. Moreover, the default language for the Vodafone MAGYARORSZÁG app is still English, with Hungarian as an option. It seems like they don't value their Hungarian market much. Just like the dull robot reply I'll probably get for expressing this.

Oh, paying bills has become such a hassle since the update! It used to be so easy - just a few clicks and done. But now, I have to enter my card details every single time. And even when I try to use the saved simple payment option, it just doesn't work. And to make matters worse, even after I finish the payment, I still end up getting an error message. It's frustrating!

Forcing users to update the app every month is not a good idea. It's annoying to me and others too. Please fix this before Vodafone users leave. I gave 2 stars because I like Vodafone but I hope they change the update policy soon.

This app is really great and practical. It's very helpful and I haven't encountered any problems while using it.

The new version of the app has gotten better since August. But, there are still some things missing that I can't see in the app, only on the web page. For example, I can't check how many minutes are left for me to call other mobile networks or how many free SMS's I have left in my plan. It would be awesome if everything could be checked in the app without needing to go to the web page. It would also be cool if I could log in using biometric identification.

Recently, the phone's operating system was updated unofficially, so now the app can't run due to security concerns. The handset is actually using the official MIUI 12.0.5. Does this mean the app won't work on Xiaomi phones? If you delete my post once more, I'll keep posting until it's resolved or I get a proper response. Simply removing negative reviews won't solve the app's issues.

Oh, the service is just awful. The app acts up on its own, then out of nowhere demands a password. If you don't know it, there's no chance to confirm your identity again. On top of that, technical problems make the pages refuse to load. There's no other way to add more data or purchase gigabytes via SMS either. And forget about getting any help in English. It's a disaster. I feel so upset and frustrated. The app has been malfunctioning for nearly a year now. And sadly, it seems I'm not alone. The company's response to similar complaints from others is simply dreadful.

This app is so frustrating! It won't even open because it thinks my phone is rooted. But guess what? My phone isn't rooted at all, I'm just using a custom ROM. I have the Vodafone UK app installed and it works perfectly fine. Even GooglePay and my banking apps work with no problems. But for some reason, this stupid Vodafone Magyarország app just won't cooperate. It's really annoying. I've been using custom ROMs for over 5 years now and I've never had an issue like this with any other app.
