With myAir's Test Drive* feature, you can familiarize yourself with therapy by using your machine at various air pressure levels. The app also provides a Library of useful videos and guides that demonstrate how to set up your specific AirSense or AirCurve machine and ResMed mask, as well as how to become comfortable during therapy.

Adapting to therapy may take some time, but with the right support, you can achieve a restful night's sleep. myAir serves as your personal sleep coach, guiding you through therapy and connecting you to the necessary support.

myAir delivers customized coaching, tips, and videos to enhance your comfort and success. For instance, if you encounter issues with your mask seal, myAir will offer advice on how to resolve it. The app also features a comprehensive Library of helpful videos and guides to address common queries.

Throughout your journey, you will receive email and push notifications that motivate and assist you. Through regular check-ins*, myAir proactively encourages you to evaluate your therapy progress and provides guidance in case of challenges. With your consent, myAir also shares your therapy insights with your healthcare team* to ensure they are closely involved in your care.

SLEEP THERAPY TRACKING

Using myAir, you can easily access your daily sleep therapy data for monitoring your therapy development. Simply log in to view your nightly myAir score, which indicates your sleep quality during therapy at a glance. Detailed metrics enable you to track your progress over time. Furthermore, you can download a therapy summary report for record-keeping or sharing with your healthcare provider.
