It took forever for their marketing banner to show up. And man, so many updates make you log in again, re-enter your numbers. The latest update won't even start, saying I have magisk on my phone (I didn't even download that on this device).

So basically, you're saying that when you try to sign up for global roaming, it gives you an error message saying "service unavailable, try again later." You feel frustrated because you were encouraged to download the app with promises of getting extra data, but now you are facing this problem. The most recent update is a total disaster in terms of productivity. Almost nothing is functional except for the ads, which are working fine. The performance is extremely slow and there are numerous bugs, even though I am using a top-of-the-line Android device from 2023. It seems like you are overly focused on animations and videos, but if you really want to use them, please ensure the app remains fast. It's a challenge to find options for bill payments or to manage roaming packages due to poor navigation. The billing information section keeps loading endlessly and displays a "try again" button that does nothing, preventing me from paying my bills because of this problematic update. The excessive animations are not only unnecessary but also leading to incorrect taps and navigating to unintended pages.

This app is super easy to use and their service in Asia is great. Plus, they're a really affordable cell phone provider.

Be careful with AIS's advertisements! They claim to offer "Unlimited data" packages, but there's actually a sneaky limit hidden in there. Once you hit that limit, your internet speed slows down to the point where it's pretty much useless. Plus, if you purchase a monthly package and then get another one a month later, the second package won't kick in right after the first ends; instead, it starts from the day you buy it. So, if you wait 28 days to get your second package, you end up losing 2 days of service. On top of that, I tried to add more credits online, but it never went through, even after attempting with four different cards!

Having a nightmare with the new AIS app, huh? It sounds like you're really not enjoying your experience with it. The old version was much better, wasn't it? This new one seems to be a total mess - slow, full of bugs, and keeps crashing. You're probably wondering why they decided to develop it in this disastrous way.
