MyASN BKN is a personnel service application system from the National Civil Service Agency designed to facilitate civil servants across all agencies in accessing employment data. This includes data such as Civil Servant Profiles, Virtual KPE, notifications for promotions and pensions, E-Lapkin, ID card information, Health BPJS, Taspen, and more. It is anticipated that this will enhance the accuracy of employment data nationwide.

Usage Guidelines:
To utilize the MyASN application, you must first be registered as a state civil servant within the BKN system. You are also required to log in before gaining access to the various services and data available in the MyASN application.
Launching of MyASN Individual Services, Helpdesk Services and SIASN Service Monitoring
In an effort to build integrity, professionalism, and improve employee services in line with Bureaucratic Reform and become one of the President's mandates regarding the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE), the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) is given attribution authority in accordance with its functional duties in drafting laws and regulations to accommodate BKN's functions in accordance with the mandate of Law (UU) Number 5 of 2014, namely storing ASN employee information that has been updated by government agencies and is responsible for the management and development of the State Civil Apparatus Information System (SIASN).
The launching of MyASN individual services is a rebranding of MySAPK which is carried out in line with the completion of the migration of SAPK to SIASN and the enrichment of service features that can be utilized by every State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This rebranding is in order to provide equal rights to all ASN to access ASN information and data profiles. In addition, with the launch of the SIASN Helpdesk and Service Monitoring (Mola), it can accelerate personnel services both at BKN and at the Agency because each proposal can be monitored by each ASN and strengthened by the existence of a mechanism for assistance in resolving technical and non-technical personnel problems through the system.
Acting Head of BKN, Haryomo Dwi Putranto said that as a manifestation of transparency and control of ASN over related personnel managers, which is in accordance with Law Number 14 of 2018 on Public Information Disclosure, each ASN can monitor the stages of personnel services for which they have proposed documents/requirements through their respective gadgets.
Haryomo further said that so far, personnel services that utilize SIASN have been running well, especially for priority services such as Promotion, Retirement and Transfer of Agencies. "To accelerate the digitalization of ASN management, services are increasingly equipped for both personnel services such as needs planning, determination of Employee Identification Numbers (NIP), employee status and position, performance and other personnel services as well as supporting services such as Single Sign On, Digital Signature, Dashboard Monitoring, Document Management System and references", he explained.
In the future, it is hoped that every personnel manager in each agency will become more integrated and professional in serving ASN. Because with the launch of MyASN, every ASN has the privilege and convenience to be able to monitor personnel services carried out by personnel managers in each agency. The SIASN monitoring service is based on Whatsapp Messenger so that notifications from SIASN proposals will be received by each ASN in real time.
In addition, the BKN Helpdesk service can be utilized by an ASN if they encounter obstacles in their personnel services without having to create a new account because it has been integrated with the MyASN account. The general public can also use the BKN Helpdesk service after they fill out the registration form to get a user account, so that the general public can ask technical questions related to personnel, selection and so on.

Acting Head of BKN, Haryomo Dwi Putranto in his speech explained that we must utilize this technological advancement with digital development that can be used and felt the convenience by all ASN, he said at the Socialization of BKN Regulations on the State Civil Apparatus Information System (SIASN) and the Launching of MyASN Individual Services, Service Monitoring (Mola) and SIASN Helpdesk at Eastparc Hotel Yogyakarta, Thursday (26-27/10/2023).
Haryomo further said that in MyASN, each ASN can monitor the stages of personnel services for which they have proposed documents/requirements via their respective gadgets.
