    Last time my phone updated itself, both the flashlight and camera flashlight stopped working. Also, the camera quality became poor and I couldn't focus properly by tapping the screen. This issue needs to be fixed right away.

    An app is acting strange, doesn't work on my Asus phone but runs fine on my Oppo phone. I just don't use it on my Oppo phone.

    If you're having trouble opening the app, I found it on my ROG 5 in Settings >> Support >> MyAsus. It only opened correctly through the Play Store after first opening it in settings. I'd rate it higher if it could be accessed normally. I can't give a final star rating until I've had support experience with Asus.

    Having issues with online and app support. They require too much access just to help me fix a product I bought. Really don't want to be forced to log in to troubleshoot something that hasn't been working since I got it. Not interested. I'll return it to the store and look for a competitor's product that actually works.

    I bought a laptop from Amazon without knowing if it had an external SSD slot. I called ASUS support, and they assured me there was one. However, after getting the laptop, I realized it didn't support any SSDs. I won't choose ASUS again. I plan to share my experience on sites like Facebook, Quora, and Twitter.

    Asus service has many issues like no nearby service centers, the closest one being 240 km away. The service provided is not very helpful and the Twin app is limited to only some apps without regular updates. I suggest getting an iPhone instead of an Asus ROG phone because Apple provides much better service.
