MyBell app : How to view and edit my profile
Launch the MyBell app on your device.
If youʼre connected to the Bell Mobility network you will be logged in automatically to your Mobility services. If you do not see your other services you will have to log in using your MyBell username and password. Touch the silhouette icon on the top right.
Touch Profile.
You can view or edit any of the sections displayed. Touch your MyBell name to edit it.
Enter your preferred first and last name. This is the name we use to greet you when you log in to MyBell. Changing it does not affect the name on any of your bills or services.
Touch Save.
Repeat these steps to change other sections.
