FAQs:

What is meant by “SIP - Auto Cancellation”? 

When a registered SIP is cancelled automatically based on the defined consecutive installment

failures, it is termed as “SIP Auto Cancellation”. Such a cancellation is done without specific

request from the investor. 

What will happen to my SIP after the prescribed number of consecutive failures? 

SIP will be auto-cancelled, and Investors will be informed through Email / SMS immediately after

the auto-cancellation.

Is UBO requirements applicable for Listed Companies? 

Where the client or the owner of the controlling interest is a company listed on a stock

exchange, or is a majority owned subsidiary of such a company, it is not necessary to identify

and verify the identity of any shareholder or beneficial owner of such companies, hence UBO

is not applicable for Listed Companies or to their subsidiaries.

Click on the Continue To App button on our website. This will redirect you to Google Play.

Once the myCAMS Mutual Fund App is shown in the Google Play listing of your Android device, you can start its download and installation. Tap on the Install button located below the search bar and to the right of the app icon.

A pop-up window with the permissions required by myCAMS Mutual Fund App will be shown. Click on Accept to continue the process.

myCAMS Mutual Fund App will be downloaded onto your device, displaying a progress. Once the download completes, the installation will start and you'll get a notification after the installation is finished.
