I tried to reach customer support, but no luck. When I called, got a recording to chat online instead. But the online chat said all agents were busy. Been trying for over a week with no response. Going to switch operators soon. Thanks for nothing.

This company is just the absolute worst. They take your money without any shame, and their customer support team is a total disaster. You wait for days to hear back from them only to receive canned responses that are of no help at all. Trying to get in touch with them by phone or any other means is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. It's just problem after problem with this company. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them.

The app has some major issues with how easy it is to use... For instance, it requests updates at really inconvenient moments when you're using your mobile data, and there's barely any data left on your plan. If you choose not to update, the app becomes unusable! You don't even have the option to delay or cancel the update! Why is it so critical to update right away?! I'm fine using an older version for a little while. Could it be intentional to consume my data so I end up paying for more?! It definitely feels like that's the case...

I encountered a problem with my mobile data while watching YouTube. Whenever I try to watch a video, a random advertisement plays but the actual video does not. Unfortunately, the lack of support contact makes it difficult to address such issues. As a result, I am giving this app a one-star rating.

Oh no, this is so frustrating! I can't sign up because I don't have a Beeline number. I thought this company didn't require a SIM card. Huh, way to go, Russians.

The app keeps improving all the time. It's super comfy and simple to navigate.

So, I tried using this app and paid 15 lari for 15GB Internet and unlimited calls to all networks. But guess what? I ended up with only 7GB of Internet instead! And to make things worse, when I top up with 5 lari, they charge an extra 1 lari sometimes, and there are even times where they deduct money without me even using anything. I believe the app needs some serious improvements and modifications.
