The app keeps coming up on top of other apps non-stop! No matter what I do, it just keeps showing up. After I log in or close it, it appears again seconds later. It's really frustrating because it doesn't disappear after logging in or closing it, and having it constantly open drains the battery. I had to delete the app because it was interrupting my texts, emails, videos, and games. Please inform me once this issue is resolved so I can start using my phone again.

The app isn't good. It takes forever to load and sometimes doesn't even work. I keep seeing a maintenance screen. It's not helpful at all. The contact numbers are all wrong, and so are the addresses. Why bother having an app if it's not updated or maintained properly? If I could, I would give it zero stars. Absolutely unhelpful!

At times I can log in smoothly, but other times it just says no and I have to log in again. Loading takes forever and sometimes a page won't load, so I have to go back and try again. It keeps freezing up and crashing, then I need to log back in. It would be a great app if it weren't for all these bugs. It keeps kicking me out of messages all the time.

Before the March 2021 update, everything was fine. Once I updated, I couldn't sign in anymore. I try to close the COVID info pop-up, but the sign-in page won't load no matter how long I wait. It's frustrating not being able to access the app, especially when I need the information. Couldn't report the issue through the app, so writing this review was my only option. Sorry for the negativity.

Oh no, the search function is a mess. The search results keeps popping up and disappearing behind a loader non-stop. We need to contact the UI developer for the search results page. Want to know how to make it happen again? Just get a Google Pixel 4XL, install this app, and search for any type of specialist. Please, we really need to fix this. Right now, it's just terrible and impossible to use.

This app is so annoying. You leave it for a few seconds, and when you come back, it doesn't reload, so you have to enter your information again. Also, the phone numbers for the doctors almost never work, and even when they do, the recommended doctor is usually not accepting new patients, despite what the app said.

I updated my app and now I can't see my EOB. When I click "view EOB pdf," it says invalid format. My device does support pdfs. The app is badly designed. Searching for providers is difficult. The information about providers is usually old. Self introductions and specialties are incomplete. The app is very slow.

Got a new phone and the app didn't work. Tried everything to fix it but kept getting an error message. However, it all worked fine when I used their website on my computer. Checked online and saw that many others also had issues with this app.
