Convenient Bill Payment and Credit Top-Up in Malaysia

The MyDigi telco mobile app simplifies bill payment procedures, enabling users to settle their bills with just a few taps from any location in Malaysia without the need to visit a physical store. Additionally, users can download and keep track of past and current billing statements through the app.

Running low on prepaid credit or facing an expiring plan? Easily reload your phone credit using the MyDigi app to stay connected with your loved ones. By choosing an online prepaid reload quantity, users can receive additional data, call time, and credits, saving both time and money.

Monitoring Data Usage and Changing Internet Plans

Under the "Internet" section on the app's homescreen, users can track their mobile data consumption and quota in real-time. The app displays data usage alongside remaining days until the data quota refreshes or expires, offering a clear overview of data utilization.

Users can also check the data usage of other numbers by selecting the desired phone number from the side menu, allowing for easy monitoring. When it's time to renew or switch internet plans, users can do so seamlessly within the app.

Check Internet Usage, Network Signal & Coverage, & Switch Internet Package

Check your internet usage, access and coverage, located under the “Internet” section, as displayed on the homescreen. The data quota and data usage are displayed side by side to give you a clear picture of how much Internet data you consume and how much you need. You can also use it to check the areas that can give you the best network signal.

Digi users can also view how many days remain till their phone plan or Digi postpaid data quota expires or is renewed for the next use cycle.

If you wish to check your other numbers' mobile data usage, go to the side menu, choose your phone number, and the usage information for that number will be displayed.

When your current prepaid or postpaid data package expires, you can switch to a new one using the MyDigi app!

Internet Top Up and International Roaming Passes:

Is your mobile data plan insufficient? You can buy Internet add-ons that are suitable for your usage and budget.

The add ons range from basic Internet access to more intensive entertainment (games, music, and videos), as well as larger data purchase options for general use.

The 'Buy Add-Ons' tab on the homescreen or the 'Box of Surprise' page in the app can be used to purchase add-ons.

Simply select the country to which you will be traveling before subscribing to a roaming Internet package.

    The app works flawlessly without any crashes or timeout problems. It may seem confusing why I only gave it one star, but even though the app is great, it becomes pointless when Digi is the issue. Their network speed is incredibly slow, with ping occasionally going over 2000ms. Yes, they provide a lot of internet data, but that's probably why they can't upgrade their infrastructure. I'm switching back to Maxis. Although pricier, it's definitely better. Digi, you've lost me.

    I tried using Digi Prepaid for the first time. Heard many good reviews about it being fast and excellent, but my experience has been disappointing. The internet is extremely slow, to the point of not working at all sometimes. Even though the signal shows 4G, I still can't use the internet. Videos keep buffering for minutes without playing. I contacted customer service for phone settings, but haven't received any response yet. This needs to be fixed. It's misleading to claim to have the fastest internet without actually delivering on that promise.

    The app is just so hard to use. The loading circle goes on forever, making it impossible to do anything on the app like reloading or checking balances. Plus, they don't clearly explain what's included in a package or plan – the descriptions are too vague. For instance, they'll say "unlimited calls" but won't clarify if it's all calls or just local ones. So be sure to read carefully and check with customer service to make sure.

    The app is good to use and simple. Registering can be tough when switching phones or numbers because the verification code doesn't come through. If you try too many times, you have to wait until the next day, which is frustrating. I gave it three stars because the app seems slow and a bit laggy. It feels like I'm browsing a webpage rather than using an actual app, and even a regular browser would perform better. I received a message telling me to redeem something with a code, but there's no way to do that within the app. Too bad.

    Everything is okay with the coverage and internet. The problem lies with the app. I could pay a bill through the app before, but for the past few months, all my attempts to make payments within the app have failed. It keeps showing a message saying "customer with d_guard id not found." Besides, it's hard to find the customer service email address. I hope these two problems can be fixed soon.

    Buying things on the app is easy, but there are too many annoying ads that pop up and make you interact with them. I think it's not fair because you already pay to use the app. Usually, when you pay for an app, the ads disappear, but on DiGi, you can't get rid of them no matter how much you spend. It seems a bit greedy considering how helpful the app is otherwise.

    The app and customer service are terrible. I redeemed a voucher by mistake but had to click "redeem" on my own. So, I bought another one to replace it. When I contacted their customer service in the app, they closed the case twice. First, they told me to wait for the bill, then after that, they asked me to wait until the replacement voucher expired. How much longer should I wait?
