    We had Dish for about six months, and we didn't have any issues at all. Recently, we managed to get the Red Zone channel without having to buy the football package separately, which was really great news for us. We used to be with DIRECTV for over 23 years, but left because we lost some channels and felt like they weren't too concerned about their customers, or at least not about us. So, we want to thank Dish for taking care of us and making things right.

    Oh, the app is so great! But oh my, setting up the dish is so confusing. The channels switch when a recording pops up on another channel. Then I have to pause everything to go back to what I was watching. It's really frustrating. If it wasn't for my son helping me set it up, I would cancel. I thought I was supposed to pay around $100, but I ended up paying $153 with nothing extra added.

    So, listen up! The phone app isn't as clear as before. Make sure to scroll down the billing page to see the exact amount due. At the top, they show a smaller amount, but keep scrolling to find the total amount due to stay on track. It confused me for a while. I gave them a call, and of course, they said it was my fault. Just make it easy to understand, Dish!

    I love this app! It allows you to easily choose your preferred programming. You no longer have to navigate through a frustrating automated phone menu or deal with pushy customer service agents. Just select your programming and you're good to go! Thank you Dish Network for making it so convenient!

    At first, I was really pleased with the installation and service. But every month, there's a new struggle over the bill. It's always $20-30 more than what was promised. And now the apps aren't working properly. Just now, I tried opening the app and it suddenly closed by itself. A message popped up, saying there's a bug in the app and it won't work until the developer fixes it.
