    I've been using Bluelink for more than four years, and I've noticed how dependable it has become. Despite that, it's not perfect and can be quite sluggish at times. There is definitely room for improvement. Additionally, the cost of Bluelink doesn't always seem fair to me. While the price has gone down since I first signed up, I still find it too expensive for what I actually use it for, and probably what most others use it for as well. I continue my subscription because I see potential in Bluelink; it needs subscribers like us to provide feedback in order to get better.

    Features of the app don't work well. The car finder hardly works properly; even when it does, it fails as I'm far from my vehicle. It's disappointing given the good concept but bad app. Update: In July 2020, they've made great improvements to the app and services. It now works much better. There is still room for improvement, but it's nice to see continuous efforts to enhance it.

    Isn't it frustrating when you come across an app with a high rating but then it doesn't seem to work properly? That's the situation I'm facing right now. The app that I've been paying for is giving me so much trouble and I don't think it's fair. As a Hyundai owner, I feel like we're all being taken advantage of. Recently, I had an issue where my 2019 Santa Fe lost connection with the app - not just once but multiple times. I managed to reconnect it, only to lose the connection again just two days later. Since I started paying for the subscription, I've been dealing with so many problems that I never had when the app was free. This needs to be fixed, no doubt about it.

    Oh boy, when it's running smoothly, it's just wonderful! I'd say around 75% of the time it all comes together perfectly, or at least that's how it seems to me. It would be really nice if my hazard lights didn't automatically come on when I start the car remotely, that can be a bit annoying. And another thing that bugs me is that I can't control the heated seats and defroster through the app, even though my 2020 Santa Fe has those features built-in. Despite these little hiccups, I'm generally happy with my car. I bet the technology will only get better in the future, I'm certain of it.

    Notifications are too lengthy, making it cumbersome to determine success or failure of commands without expanding them. It is frustrating that remote starting can only be done via the app, and after three years, payment is required for this feature. Moreover, if signal reception is poor, you cannot remotely start, lock, or unlock your car. This issue will certainly influence my future purchasing decisions.

    I love this app! It's so cool being able to control different features of my car no matter where I am. One thing I wish it had is that when I use the remote start, it would also lock the car if it's not already locked, like other brands do. It would make things even more convenient. But overall, this app is awesome and totally worth it for the ease of use and remote access it offers.
