myIM3 - Data management & promotions

So, like, I tried using this Im3 for the first time. And guess what? I was totally surprised when I saw my balance going down every day. I haven't even signed up for any extra stuff, just wanted to use some internet data, you know. How crazy is that? And then, when I bought this promo for more internet data, it just kept saying "in process". I was almost about to throw in the towel. But the only reason I'm still sticking with Im3 is because I can stream Netflix with it. Too bad Telkomsel doesn't work for Netflix though.

This app is pretty handy. I can find out a lot about my mobile plan using it. But every now and then, it gives me trouble. Sometimes it just won't open and claims that I'm not connected to the internet, even though I can easily open other apps that require an internet connection.

I have to say, this app looks really nice and it's super user-friendly. But here's the thing - whenever I try to buy a data package, the info doesn't show up half the time. And even when it does and I go to pay for it, I keep getting this annoying pop-up saying 'Oops! Something went wrong, we can't process your request' no matter which payment method I choose. It's a real pain. I'm stuck and don't know what to do. Can you please help me out with this? Thanks so much.

You know, the app is pretty handy for me to quickly check my balance and internet data. But goodness, it's super annoying when I open it because tons of pop-ups keep appearing! That's why I hardly use the app, plus it's slow and sometimes won't let me purchase packages for no apparent reason. So, opening the app turns into a real struggle for me.
