I want to talk about the Jio Caller Tune service. It's reliable and easy to use, but there are some ways it could be even better. I really like all the songs you can choose from and how you can personalize your caller tune. Having so many options is great.

Paying bills and recharging is a breeze with this app. You can easily top up your mobile, pay fibernet bills, use UPI, and more all in one place. It runs seamlessly without any problems. Thanks for the great service! Keep it up.

Mobile internet is terrible. Can't contact customer service through Jio app due to data issues. Used to be fine before, but now it's been impossible for months. JioCare isn't helpful, no live chat available, only a chat bot denying any problems. Considering switching providers.

This app is so useless. I can't even contact customer support or file a complaint through the app. Whenever I try to do something, it just takes me to the page for fixing issues. It's really annoying! And when I'm done with that, there's no reason to keep going back to it. The customer service call number is a pain - they never pick up the phone for hours. There's literally no other way to make a complaint. I'll definitely switch to a different service provider once my current plan expires. All they care about is selling postpaid plans.

I've noticed something interesting recently. It seems like when I recharge my data for a longer period, such as a year, the internet speed slows down compared to shorter durations, like a month. I observed this on two different mobile phones with different recharge plans. The average speed for the one-month plan is about 20 Mbps, whereas for the one-year plan, it's only 10 Mbps. I'm not quite sure why this is occurring.

Their business has taken a hit lately. Previously, we could enjoy unlimited callertunes. Now, we are limited to just one per month, and the update doesn't happen promptly on the 1st. It's unclear when it gets updated. Also, there aren't enough song options in different languages and the quality isn't great. On the other hand, the Wynk app offers a wide selection and unlimited callertunes if you watch an ad. I hope they can improve the My Jio app to be more like Wynk.

There's a scam going on. My fiber connection hasn't been working for 2 weeks. The engineer didn't want to fix it and asked me to relocate instead. But then, I couldn't relocate without getting Air Fiber and paid extra 1000 for it. Now, my old connection is gone, along with the 6 month recharge I had. Customer support was useless. I lost Rs 4K, no internet for 15 days, and lots of stress and headaches. Great! Won't be using Jio ever again.
