MyMazda - Mazda car management

The app keeps sending me notifications about doors being unlocked or open when they're not, which is really annoying. I would like to receive reminders for service appointments, but I don't want to deal with all these unnecessary notifications. My previous Mazda did not have Mazda Connect, so I didn't feel like I was missing out by not using the app. Now with my new Mazda, I feel like I might miss out if I don't keep it on. It's disappointing that the app is so glitchy and redundant. Mazda really dropped the ball with this lackluster app. It may look good, but its functionality is really poor.

At first, things were going well with my experience. However, for the last four weeks, it has been quite terrible. Even after the latest update, there has been no improvement. The app doesn't actually start the car; it tries but always fails. Moreover, it has stopped notifying when the doors are unlocked. It seems like the app is completely broken now, and neither the developers nor Mazda seem to be paying attention since many customers have been complaining about the same issues for the past month. I hope they address and fix these problems soon.

This App works great if your device has good signal. You can start and stop remotely, schedule maintenance appointments, find answers to questions, and locate yourself. Mr. Clive Balch, it's crucial to pick your favorite dealership during setup so you can call for parts or book appointments through the app. A new safety feature will be included soon, adding more peace of mind for all drivers. The car app is super cool with lots of great features. I love that it remembers where you parked and can show it on a map. You can send Google Maps POIs directly to the car's navigation system. Also, having an easily searchable owner's manual in the app is handy. The remote functions work really well too. I appreciate getting alerts if the car is left unlocked, so I can lock it from anywhere. I've been using it for almost a year now and haven't encountered any issues with the features.

This app used to work well, but lately it's been completely broken. Every time I try to log in, I keep getting this frustrating error message that tells me to wait and try again (E900500). Come on, Mazda, you need to sort this out! I love your cars, but if I can't use remote start on freezing mornings, I might have to switch to a different brand when we're ready to trade in our '21 CX-9 Signature edition. Please, fix this app so it works properly!

I got the new CX30 last week. I tried to register my VIN on the app and website, but it didn't work. However, after getting help from MazdaSupport, local dealers, and a Mazda rep, I was finally able to register my VIN. Now, I can enjoy all the awesome Mazda connect features for my CX30.

The app used to work really well for half a year, but suddenly it stopped. I tried uninstalling, disconnecting my vehicle, and reconnecting, but it still didn't work. I'm not sure if there's something inside the car that needs resetting. I reached out to support via email, but haven't heard back from them yet. Although the app still shows my vehicle, there are no status updates, and I can't remotely start, stop, lock, or unlock my car. Essentially, I can't do anything that the app was supposed to help me with...

I really like my car because it has a lot of cool features. For example, I can start the car from a distance and lock or unlock it using an app. It also notifies me if I forget to lock the car. I give this app two stars for its mapping functions. I have a navigation chip, so I expect to be able to search for a location and send it to the car. However, the built-in map in this app is terrible. It struggles to find simple addresses and when I search for a business name, it shows results in different states or even across the continent, instead of local ones.

I really like this app, but I feel like it could offer more features. For example, it would be great if the car could stay running even after you've opened the door with remote start. It would also be convenient to be able to control the climate settings remotely. Additionally, it would be helpful if the app could alert you if the windows or sunroof are left open. Another cool idea would be to have the option to view the car's cameras remotely. And wouldn't it be neat if the app showed a preview of your specific car model and color when you opened it? Overall, I think this app has a lot of potential, but I believe the subscription fee is a bit steep considering that most people are primarily interested in the remote start feature.
