Introducing MyMCI
Overview: With the My Mobile Network app, a wide range of Hamrahe Aval services are available online to all subscribers, giving users the ability to view and manage their desired services including:
• Viewing profiles and managing all user SIM cards in both simple and advanced modes.
• Viewing details and making instant payments on invoices, ability to pay debts in installments, and viewing payment history.
• Increasing permanent subscribers' credit balance to prevent disconnection during inter-period transitions, especially while using international roaming.
• Checking credit balances for SIM cards by type of charge; purchasing various regular, extraordinary, youth, and women's charges; and viewing historical charge purchases.
• Accessing emergency parachute services (emergency calls and recharges) for credit subscribers.
• Viewing and managing all active subscriber packages sorted by package type and service.
• Purchasing and activating all offered Hamrahe Aval packages in internet, calls, messages, and combined packages, as well as Turquoise Circuit packages.
• Activating and benefiting from incentive plans such as birthday gifts, accelerated payment gifts, periodic and festive gifts.
• Joining the Turquoise Club (customer club) and enjoying attractive and exciting incentive plans.
• Receiving line activity summaries.
• Transferring credit from permanent and credit lines to credit lines.
• Buying modems and SIM cards.
• Converting credit SIM cards to permanent ones.
• Ability to disconnect and connect lines, confiscate SIM card ownership.
