    I've been having so many problems with the Alcatel 7 I bought. I'm not able to pay using the app, although the store is good. I wish I could upgrade to a better phone for free because this one is terrible. Also, the app keeps saying it needs an update but won't let me do it. What's the use if it doesn't work at all?

    The mobile company has a simple and clean account system. You can easily check your account details, manage permissions, select services, and pay bills on time. The user interface may not be the best, but overall it's convenient and efficient. Don't forget to update the app as it will remind you. Great job, team!

    It was a frustrating experience. I tried using the app but couldn't because of an 8-digit pin issue. Even after getting the correct pin from them, it still didn't work. Totally annoyed, I uninstalled the app and decided to switch to another cell service provider. When I contacted Metro, they advised me to visit one of their stores. I went to the store, but the staff didn't know how to resolve the problem. It has been terrible dealing with this situation. I have been a loyal customer of MetroPCS for more than 20 years and never encountered any problems while using the app to pay my bills. Since T-Mobile took over, things have been incredibly frustrating.

    Excited to change service providers. Pay for a month of service, but internet/calls stop working before bill due every time. Been a customer for 7 years, and it's always been like this. Get a message reminding about the bill, once you see it, you better pay it or no apps work. Just good for texting.

    The app is super old and causes me a lot of problems. There are always issues, too many to mention. And if the app does manage to work, updating it will crash everything. I'm not good with technology but please, do something to fix it! I have been a customer with Metro PCS for a long time, even before T-Mobile joined, and I don't see how this merger has improved the service.
