Step 1:

Run Mynaportal App installed on your smart phone.

Then tap the "Login" or "Sign Up or Login to Use" button (2).

Step 2:

When the login window is displayed, type in your password which you have set for your Individual Number Card using 4-digit half-width numbers (3), then tap the “Next” button (4).

When the guidance of how to read smart card is displayed, set your Individual Number Card on your smartphone.

What is the password for the Individual Number Card?

It is the password of the 4-digit number which you set for the electronic certificate for user authentication when you received your Individual Number Card from your local municipal office.

Step 3 :

Wait with your Individual Number Card set on your smartphone.

After a confirmation message for successful authentication is displayed, the screen changes automatically to smartphone browser.
