I worked really hard and counted calories diligently. Thanks to this app, I was able to lose 50 lbs. It provided a lot of helpful information.

This app is great because it calculates the calories you need based on your height and current weight. It offers many options with detailed information. I wish it had more ingredients for better accuracy in tracking, like melasses. I recommend this app!

The app is really easy to use and has cute little pictures next to the foods I log. I appreciate how it guides me with questions and goal setting. I wish I could remove "nutrients" from my main food diary, as I find it unnecessary. It would also be great if I could see the full list of foods for each category without having to select them individually in the "all meals" view.

It's a bit tricky to move around. If you input your meal details, you can't return to the main screen easily. Instead of a simple back button, you have to go through the menu again. The interface looks great, but it could be more user-friendly.

I started using the app this year, and I'm really enjoying it. I appreciate the grades feature and the ability to make my own meals and recipes. The only problem I've encountered is that the daily step count doesn't save when I enter it. It resets to zero about 2-3 times, and I have to input the calories burned again. This issue seems to be related only to steps and not actual workouts.

The new option to schedule fasting is not working properly. You can't set a future fast because the system won't let you. Trying to backdate a fast also doesn't work because you're required to click 'start fast' first to access the settings, but then an error message pops up saying you can't enter a fast at that time due to overlap with an existing fast - which is actually just a short 1 minute and 45-second 'fast' you were forced to start in order to use the calendar. Additionally, you can't clear the fasting history even if you toggle it on and off.

I've been using this app for about one and a half weeks, and I really like it. Unfortunately, you need to purchase the premium version to include fasting, keto, and other diets in your plan, but overall, it's very informative! It's convenient to monitor calories by scanning barcodes, and adding personal recipes is great. You can even add new items by taking a picture of the barcode and nutrition facts, and the app will input the information automatically.

There is an app for tracking solid food. It may be better if you can pay once to unlock all the features, instead of paying $60 every year. The cost seems excessive considering the app is probably built on freely available data. A yearly subscription for Office 365 costs $70, making your price seem high in comparison.

Enjoying a great app that I found when myfitnesspal was not working. I downloaded it and it's amazing! Very easy to use and understand. I like that you can add a whole recipe as a meal. I've been using it for two weeks and I've already lost 5 pounds. It's simple to keep track of everything and connect with garmin and other apps to import health data and workout information.
