MyPertamina - Fuel locator & rewards

Before the Pertalite issue, I had to use LinkAja for payments, which meant installing another app. However, it was really inconvenient because payments took longer compared to using cash or a card. Integrating the loyalty program with LinkAja would be more efficient than a separate app.

Had a terrible time with this app. It keeps glitching and kicks me out whenever I try to link it with 'LinkAja'. The 30% cashback promotion is not helpful at all. I can't even use this app or payment method at the gas station near my house. It's so frustrating!

I'm good with the ui, but the ux and performance are terrible. The app runs very slowly. If I had to rate it on Google Play, I'd give it 5 stars for being the worst experience ever.

I once lost all the points I had collected using that payment method app. It seemed pointless to keep using it, so I switched to a more convenient option. Now they are trying to make us go back to using the app. How frustrating.

In the Bahamas, using Nheggas is very hard, especially at the gas station. It's not like a car game. The app doesn't work without internet, so you can't refill fuel offline. The app's interface is really bad. Even my uncle can't figure it out. Linking accounts with LinkAja is also difficult. You can't top up within the app; you have to use another app called LinkAja. Overall, I rate this app 1 out of 5 stars because it's terrible.

Register with number and pin, then login. Get otp message for verification, but no field to enter otp, only verify button. Click verify button, it says wrong otp.
