If you’ve forgotten your MyPostcard account password, don’t worry! Simply try logging into your account on our website or the app and click on “Forgot your password.” We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password and regain access to your account.

🚫 Facebook Login Doesn’t Work

The Facebook login option has been deactivated. However, you can still access your existing account by resetting your password or changing your email address. Afterward, you can log in using the regular login method. Our support team is also available to help initiate the necessary steps quickly.

📵 Transfer Failed?

If you’re experiencing issues with your card purchase, it may be due to an unstable internet connection. Try connecting to a reliable WLAN network or a mobile network, such as 4G. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the MyPostcard app, or check for available updates in your app store. If none of these solutions work, please contact us at support@mypostcard.com.

🖼️ App Can’t Access Your Pictures?

To grant the app access to your pictures, check your mobile phone settings. Go to “Data Protection” and select “Pictures.” Ensure that the MyPostcard app is allowed to access your pictures by checking the corresponding box.

📦 Card Not Showing as Ordered?

Sometimes, due to poor internet connection, payment may go through (e.g., PayPal), but the card details don’t transfer correctly. If you notice an order number missing from your PayPal transaction and see only “PPCP” in the subject line, please reach out to us with your transaction number at support@mypostcard.com.

📱 Can’t See Your Order in the App?

If your order isn’t showing up in the app, try restarting your phone or reconnecting your internet connection. Set your phone to flight mode, then reconnect to the internet and log in to your MyPostcard account again. If you continue to experience issues, contact us at support@mypostcard.com.

📦 How Long Will MyPostcard Take to Arrive?

We print and ship your postcards and greeting cards from the USA (New York City) and Germany (Berlin) within 24 hours. Delivery times vary:

USA: 3-5 business days

UK: 2-5 business days

Germany: 1-2 business days

Rest of Europe: 3-5 business days

Australia: 5-7 business days

Rest of the World: Up to 14 business days

Please note that these times depend on the local postal system and the accuracy of the address provided.

🚨 Card Not Arrived Yet?

Your card might still be on its way and should arrive shortly. If it hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, or you haven’t received an order number, please get in touch with our support team at support@mypostcard.com or use the in-app feature to send us a ticket.

📅 How Can I Schedule My Order?

On the last page of your order in our app, click on the pink postal transporter. A window will open where you can choose a date for your order to be shipped. Keep in mind the delivery times:

Germany: 1-3 days

Europe: 3-6 days

USA: 5-7 days

Rest of the World: 7-14 days

📧 Will I Receive Delivery Confirmation?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation via email. We’ll also ask if you’d like to receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Photo prints are also shipped within 24 hours from the USA (New York City) and Germany (Berlin). Delivery times are the same as for postcards and greeting cards.

MyPostcards are printed on high-quality postcard cardboard, covered with a glossy foil and protective film for the perfect finish.

📏 What Size Will My Postcard Be Printed?

Postcards are printed in the classic postcard format, 4 x 6 inches.

❓ Why Are There Blue Boxes or Black Lines on My Card?

This issue is usually caused by emoticons and emojis. If emojis are printed as a “?” box or a black line, or if the card’s formatting looks off, it may be due to the use of too many emojis. Please contact us at support@mypostcard.com if you have any questions.

📸 In What Size Are My Photo-Box Pictures Printed?

Photo-box pictures are available in three different formats:

Instant size: 4 x 5 inches

Square size: 4 x 4 inches

Classic postcard size: 4 x 6 inches

📐 Which Resolution and Size Should My Pictures Have?

There are no specific format, resolution, or size requirements, except that your picture should have a minimum resolution of 1 megapixel and be no larger than 10 MB. We’ll automatically adapt the size after your upload. If a part of your picture gets cut off, you can adjust it in the preview by resizing and moving the image until the perfect cut-out is found.

👥 What to Do If Persons Are Cut Off on Photo-Box Cards?

If someone’s head or body is too close to the edge of the picture, it may get cut off during printing. Ensure that subjects are placed at least 5 mm (0.2 inches) away from the edge when positioning your picture in the app.
