    I used this app before, and it's really the worst. I had a network problem that I fixed, but this one device still won't reconnect. The instructions don't match my device. Even after updating the app, nothing changed. This issue has been going on for years with no help at all. Just a warning about LIFTMASTER MYQ.

    We had three problems: We needed more than two remote ways to open the garage; we wanted guests to have access when we weren't home; and we needed to ensure the garage always closed when leaving. Setting up was easy, and the benefits are fantastic. The only slightly negative thing is sometimes notifications are slow, but it might be my Wi-Fi! :(

    This feature sounds good, but the timing is not right. I can't see notifications if my screen is locked, and even when it's unlocked, there's a delay of one or two minutes in receiving notifications. Moreover, it displays the incorrect time, and I can't adjust it in the settings. It should sync with the phone's time, but instead, it shows a time that is 50 minutes ahead. Despite these issues, I appreciate having this feature, but it would be better without these strange bugs.

    By 2024, the app needs to offer customizable notification settings. It should be able to alert me when the door is open or closed for added security. Despite its advanced capabilities with vehicles and cameras, it's surprising that it lacks this basic feature. Custom notifications will help me quickly identify any unauthorized entry, especially when I'm occupied and may not check my phone immediately after a general alert.

    I like the app, but some features aren't working right. Notifications should be instant, but they're usually delayed. The notification scheduling doesn't work at all. I set it to silent from 1:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., but it never works properly. Also, the sensitivity setting for closing the garage door isn't working as it should.
