MyQuest for Patients - Healthcare progress tracking

The navigation and functionality are bad. It's hard to find the tests you want. You select something, but there is no 'apply' button. You have to click on the X, but sometimes it's not there. When you click 'add to cart,' nothing happens. They still haven't fixed this issue. I really dislike this app. It's terrible!

I tried to make a reservation, but the registration process was complicated. It doesn't auto-fill forms using Google, so you have to type everything out. You can't even enter your ZIP code first to get your city. And even after completing all that, the Quest location I usually go to wasn't on the list or map. If they don't take appointments there, it should still be on the list with a notice for users.

This phone app and the website are just terrible. It was so hard for me to make an account, even though I work with websites! The app doesn't let me choose a year, I have to swipe each month which takes forever since I'm 59 years old. On the website, at least I can select a year, but then when trying to make an appointment, it says they're doing maintenance. And don't even get me started on their phone system. They really need to improve this.

This app is great for checking test results, but setting up an account is easier on a computer. It's so annoying that you have to swipe through each month to select your birthday. And when you finally choose the date, time, and location for an appointment, what's next? Like I said, it's better to do all that on a computer. Overall, this app isn't really ready for wide use.

Scheduling an appointment on the app is so hard. I put in my ZIP code, and it sends me to the closest center without considering that I needed a same-day appointment. The center it sent me to was closed, which was very frustrating. Also, the password requirements are ridiculous, and it doesn't even remember my name. It offers a fingerprint option, but even when I turn it on, it doesn't work properly or show me how.

Quest's app is a mess again. They locked me out for 72 hours due to verification failure and I couldn't even print my lab results when I finally managed to get in. It seems like they only care about making customers purchase more lab work. Maybe it's time to consider using Lab Corps instead, but then again, I switched to Quest before because Lab Corps lost my samples. Corporate incompetence strikes for sure.

The service used to be really good, but now they're making us schedule appointments online ahead of time, which is a hassle because the system doesn't work well. The app login is also harder now and it takes more time to get information. Seems like they have bad management, but at least the data in the app is helpful.

Samsung phone notifications won't turn on, even after trying in settings. Installation didn't finish, and wouldn't recognize my PC account info, even after restarting the phone. It's a bit glitchy. It keeps prompting me to sign up for and purchase tests, when all I want are the results. I had to switch back to my PC to finally get the results, which was quite a hassle. I used to work in IT but now I'm retired.

An app made me allow it to know my location, although it wasn't needed. Then it pushed for my precise location, which was really not needed at all. But the app didn't work properly, with lots of freezing and loading issues. It seemed like spyware. I uninstalled it and just used the website on my browser as they say you can only use the app. Be careful!

Annoying problem with app - keeps telling me to update after I just updated. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still getting the same annoying notifications. The app promised "Bill Pay" feature is "coming soon" for months, but it's still not here. Reviewing test results and scheduling appointments is fine, but they really need to work on updating faster.
