The app has some good new tweaks, but the exit button idea is causing problems. Sometimes we forget to hit it, so it might show we were somewhere longer than we really were, giving incorrect data. Turning on GPS or Bluetooth scanning would raise privacy concerns. It's a tricky situation! Anyway, kudos to the developers.

The apps have definitely improved. With the new update, we can now track our location history for check-ins and check-outs. However, there's a little issue with checking out if we forget to click the button. It could be problematic if there's a Covid19 case at the place and we haven't checked out. Apart from that, the other information in the apps is quite useful. Thank you.

I don't know where or when the cases are happening. I also don't know where or when I was around people with COVID-19. I need more specific information about dates and times, as well as exact locations, not just a general 1km radius. I tried updating to the newest version, but it didn't fix the problem. Now it's really slow to load the main page, and I still don't have any helpful data.

This app is great for staying informed about the overall Covid situation in the country. It's very helpful to see the number of cases in different areas and the History feature is a nice addition. The Dependants feature is also useful as I often have someone with me who can't scan QR codes. The QR code scanner usually works well, but occasionally it may not scan properly, requiring you to use another scanner and enter your details again.

The app does what it's supposed to do. Scans mostly work fine and I can easily report my COVID test results. Battery usage is lower than Pokémon GO, which is good. The integration with vaccine services for dependents is OK. I don't really enjoy using the app, but who does? It's a tool for managing safety during a pandemic, which isn't a pleasant situation.

My phone's MySJ app has been acting up since last night. It's stuck on the first page and won't move past that. I can only see my phone number. The QR scanner and "Check-In" button aren't working, and I can't access my vaccine status. I can't even get to the HelpDesk for assistance. Please assist! Thank you.

Today I received some contacts in my app notifications. However, when I checked the app, it didn't show the location for these contacts. It would be helpful to know where these contacts were from. Also, when I tried to look at my history, it only showed locations from 3 to 8. But every time I exit and come back to the list, it goes back to the top, and I have to scroll all the way down again. It's quite frustrating, especially considering I have the latest update.
