    I have been using Smartfren for almost years now. This app is very useful for checking remaining quota and topping up vouchers. However, the requirement to update the app every time there's a new version really bothers me. I just want to check my quota without being forced to update. Please consider this issue. Thank you.

    The app is fine, but the signal gets weak when I'm inside a building, and it makes the internet slow or disconnect sometimes. The signal is good when I'm outside though. Other providers don't have this problem, so maybe something is wrong with Smartfren. I hope they fix this soon.

    I wonder why Smartfren's FUP system makes my phone heat up and even overheat to the point of bootloop. Please fix this issue. What system is used to limit this FUP? Make sure it doesn't damage customers’ devices. If access shouldn't be allowed after FUP, just cut off the access instead of burdening or damaging hardware.

    My data keeps messing up because of a bad connection, even though my signal is fine. It seems like the data from this SIM card is useless. On top of that, this service is a complete rip-off. I purchased a voucher to renew my data, hoping it would improve my internet connection. But this service doesn't care at all about the connection. I feel like I'm being scammed by them.

    I bought Smartfren's 4Gsuper unlimited plan yesterday, but it's a total scam! Despite my phone showing a 4G signal, I can't use it at all. When I contacted customer service, they claimed there was no issue in my area and just told me to restart my network, which I've already done countless times. It's frustrating, and I hope others won't have to deal with this. Best to avoid Smartfren altogether.
