    There is an issue with the app. After installation, it prompts for a password. The language options are English, Dutch, and French. It automatically chose English for me which was great. However, I couldn't log in even though my credentials were correct. I selected Dutch and tried again, and this time it worked magically. But when I switched back to English and logged in, the app reverted to Dutch, and I'm stuck in that language now. So frustrating, definitely buggy!

    Seems like the app is totally broken. Pressed buttons stay highlighted, every option leads to an error message, and it just feels like they accidentally released a test version instead of the finished one. Used to be good, now it's a mess. Not sure what happened, but based on other reviews, it's been a problem for some time. Tried logging out, clearing cache, deleting the app, but nothing changed.

    I don't understand. How can you feel proud of something so useless? How do IT professionals earn so much when they do so little right? I think I made a mistake in choosing this profession and server.

    The content is only available in Dutch, no matter which language I select. This is unfair to many people from the diverse Belgian community. Update: It is still limited to the Netherlands only, even when I choose English or French at login. I have screenshots available for support if needed.

    After the November update, I could log in, but it said I have no services, so the app was useless. The issue seemed fixed, but sometimes it comes back. On October 11th, the problem occurred again. I tried reinstalling the app, but there was no change.

    You know that feeling when you're staring at a screen that's like, half-loaded and it just stays stuck there, loading forever? Well, turns out the reason it's not working is 'cause I didn't have the newest version downloaded.

    You know, there's this one thing I'm after from the app - it's figuring out my internet usage. But get this, I have to sign out and then sign back in just to check it out. Otherwise, the app keeps on saying that I don't have any Telenet products. Oh, and by the way, don't bother trying to reinstall the app or clearing all the data and cache. Seems like none of that jazz is doing the trick.
