Jaga Pulsa/Jaga Tagihan are MyTelkomsel App features to avoid your credit being consumed or your bills being overcharged for non-package internet access. In other words, when a customer is not subscribed to an internet package or runs out of internet quota, the customer's credit will not be used for internet access either within the country (domestic) or abroad (international).

Jaga Pulsa is a feature designed for Telkomsel PraBayar (prepaid) customers and Jaga Tagihan is a feature designed for Telkomsel Halo (postpaid) customers.

The advantages of Jaga Pulsa/Jaga Tagihan

- By activating Jaga Pulsa/Jaga Tagihan:

- Your credit will not be consumed for non-package data services.

- You cannot connect to the internet when you do not have an active data package

    The app is great, super user-friendly. However, I've been facing some issues while buying packages. Many times, I don't receive the package even after making the payment. It's frustrating to see "payment in progress" but end up with nothing. When I try to repurchase the same package, it's a hit or miss - either I get double the packages or still nothing but money deducted. It's really inconvenient. Hoping for a fix soon as it's quite a hassle.

    Application got worse after updating. Login error keeps popping up. Tried reinstalling but same issue: CANNOT LOGIN! It's slower and heavier now, but still shows up. Reconsidering using Telkomsel products.

    Your system has been causing issues for years. Whenever I purchase a package, it indicates that the payment was successful, but many times it actually isn't. My phone credit gets deducted even though I've technically bought the internet package. Even after refreshing the app, nothing changes. The performance is zero, there's so much lagging, and many bugs. You should focus on optimizing performance and functionality rather than just working on the user interface design. I continue to use this service because it's the only provider with a stable signal in my region.

    Every time I open the app, I have to log in again. It's not just entering my username and password; I have to click a link sent to my phone via SMS for verification. I have two numbers in the app, one for my wifi modem. It's frustrating because I have to open my laptop to access the SMS inbox. This issue needs to be resolved.

    This app is not good. There are errors for unknown reasons. My balance is not showing up, and none of the features work. Even though the file size is bigger, the interface is more attractive, and the features are more complicated, the app has no use. I prefer the first version of the MyTelkomsel app because it was simple, light, fast, and practical. However, this current version is problematic. In conclusion, compared to similar apps from other providers, this version of MyTelkomsel is not good.

    I'm still very disappointed. Prices are high, quality is low, and nothing has improved. Why do you keep increasing prices, adding features, but not improving quality or listening to customers? I mainly use Instagram and WhatsApp stories, and messaging is extremely slow. Is this the quality you provide? Very poor!!!!! Disappointing!!!!! I hope Telkomsel goes bankrupt soon!

    The app is getting worse with each update. It always shows a system error when I open it and tells me to reload, but it never loads no matter how many times I try. This happens every single time without fail. The only way it works is if I uninstall and then reinstall it. Why do I have to do this every time I want to renew my package? Even though I have enough credit, it doesn't renew automatically. What's the use of these updates if they just create new problems?
